Crowd Funded Solar: looking for first roof

Dear friends,
Do you know anyone in the NYC Metro area who owns or manages real estate?
We’re looking for a roof to install our first solar power project. The roof has to be at least 1,000 sq ft (that’s about 1/100th of a block) and in good condition. It will be the pilot project for a new business I’m developing that raises funds from the crowd and pays people back with the money generated by the system.
Our business is going to provide a way for everyone to choose their power source and compete with coal, nuclear, and natural gas.
